Refund policy

All AROUGE pieces are made to order and individually created for each customer. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Please review all sizing, measurements, colour selections, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Due to the handmade nature of our garments, slight variations in colour, texture, construction, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the individual nature of each piece and are not considered faults.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or other remedy.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
